INGREDIENTS

20ml Mathieu Teisseire Lemon Syrup
40ml Vodka
20ml Dry Vermouth
20ml Lime Juice
40ml Egg White

Garnish

Lemon wheel

Method

  1. Add ingredients to a shaker.
  2. Dry shake the egg white, add the rest of the ingredients and shake over ice.
  3. Fine Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with lemon wheel.
