INGREDIENTS

25ml Mathieu Teisseire Pure Cane Sugar Syrup
120ml Soda Water
40ml Lemonade
8 Mint Leaves
2 pieces of Lime

Garnish

Ice

Method

  1. Muddle the mint with the syrup in a highball glass.
  2. Fill glass with ice cubes.
  3. Add other ingredients and stir.
