Virgin basil spritz

There's a first time for everything. Our Virgin Basil Spritz is made with basil syrup, lime, basil leaves, apple juice and soda water.

INGREDIENTS

20ml Mathieu Teisseire Basil Syrup
½ Lime
8 Basil Leaves
40ml Apple Juice
Soda Water To Taste

Garnish

Ice, Lime Peel, Wheel or Wedge, Basil Sprig

Method

  1. Pour fruit into a glass and muddle with syrup.
  2. Fill glass with ice cubes.
  3. Add remaining ingredients.
  4. Stir well to infuse the flavours.
