Ramadan Rose

A beautifully simple non-alcoholic serve. Rose, lime, cranberry and soda balance to create a floral delight.

A tall glass filled with a pink drink and topped with a rose petal sits on a coffee table.

INGREDIENTS

25ml Rose Syrup 
25ml Lime Juice
100ml Cranberry Juice
50ml Soda Water

Garnish

Dried rose petals adhered to glass and one budded rose.

Method

  1. Pre-prepare a highball glass by painting a line of rose syrup down the outside of the glass to create an adhesive surface and then sprinkle with dried rose petals.
  2. Place all the ingredients into the pre-prepared highball glass, half full of crushed ice.
  3. Mix with a bar spoon, and cap with more crushed ice. Garnish and serve.
