INGREDIENTS

25ml Mathieu Teisseire Pink Grapefruit & Lychee syrup
284ml Lager
259ml Lemonade

Garnish

Pink grapefruit wheel.

Method

  1. Add the pink grapefruit & lychee syrup to a pint glass, half fill with lemonade and swirl to mix.
  2. Gently top with lager.
  3. Garnish and serve.
