Delightfully juicy, our Pink Grapefruit Daiquiri. It's made with pink grapefruit syrup, light rum and lemon juice.

INGREDIENTS

25ml Mathieu Teisseire Pink Grapefruit Syrup
40ml Light Rum
10ml Lemon Juice

Garnish

Ice

Method

  1. Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake vigorously.
  3. Fine strain in a martini glass.
