You've heard of the Pina Colada, but how about our Pandan Colada? It's made with pandan syrup, coconut syrup, pineapple juice and ice.

INGREDIENTS

30ml Mathieu Teisseire Pandan Syrup
20ml Mathieu Teisseire Coconut Syrup
120ml Pineapple Juice

Garnish

Ice, Pineapple Wedge, Grated Coconut, Edible Flowers, Pandan Leaves

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients with ice until smooth.
  2. Pour into glass and garnish.
