Mr. Palmer knew what he was doing...this fizz is made with black tea syrup, lemon syrup and sparkling water or tonic.

INGREDIENTS

30ml Mathieu Teisseire Black Tea Syrup
15ml Mathieu Teisseire Lemon Syrup
170ml Sparkling Water or Tonic Water

Garnish

Ice, Apple Slices, Rosemary Sprig

Method

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice add the syrups.
  2. Pour in the sparkling water or tonic water
  3. Pour in the sparkling water or tonic water
