Grenadine Fruit Fizz

Grenadine syrup gives this non-alcoholic treat its vivid red colour, while orange and lemon juice add some zing when it's all added to a sparkling wine.

INGREDIENTS

10ml Mathieu Teisseire Grenadine Syrup
Sparkling Wine To Taste
30ml Orange Juice
10ml Lemon Juice

Method

  1. Pour all ingredients, except the sparkling wine, into a shaker.
  2. Shake vigorously.
  3. Fine strain into a flute glass.
  4. Top with sparkling wine.
