Emerald Green Iced Tea

Our Emerald Green Iced Tea is a refreshing twist on the classic iced tea. Made with cucumber syrup, green tea syrup and spring green tea.

INGREDIENTS

30ml Mathieu Teisseire Green Tea Syrup
20ml Mathieu Teisseire Cucumber Syrup
180ml Spring Green Tea
2 Cucumber slices
2 fresh Ginger slices, grated

Garnish

Ice, Dehydrated Lemon, Cucumber Slice, Mint Sprig

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake vigorously
  3. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
  4. Garnish with cucumber slice , dehydrated Lemon and mint sprig.
