15ml Mathieu Teisseire Caramel Syrup
30ml Light Rum
80ml Banana Juice

Garnish

Ice

Method

  1. Pour all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice cubes.
  2. Shake vigorously.
  3. Fine strain into a coupe glass.
