Ouch, that's good! Our Cactus Jack is made with gin, cactus syrup, fresh lemon juice and club soda.

INGREDIENTS

20ml Mathieu Teisseire Cactus Syrup
45ml Gin
20ml Fresh Lemon Juice

Garnish

Ice, Lemon Slice

Method

  1. Combine ingredients with ice in a shaker in the order listed, except the club soda.
  2. Cap and shake vigorously.
  3. Fine Strain into chilled serving glass.
  4. Top with club soda. Garnish with a lemon slice.
