Yuzu & Cucumber Soda

The refreshing, elegant flavours of yuzu and cucumber combine to make a floral, fragrant and delicious soda.

INGREDIENTS

30ml Mathieu Teisseire Yuzu Syrup
10ml Mathieu Teisseire Cucumber Syrup
10ml Lime Juice
100ml Soda Water

Garnish

Ice, Baby Breath, Cucumber Slice or Cucumber Rolls

Method

  1. Pour all the ingredients, except the soda water, over ice into a highball glass.
  2. Top up with soda water, and stir gently.
  3. Garnish and serve.
