A rich, creamy Martini infused with Mathieu Teisseire White Chocolate and Raspberry flavours.

A martini glass is on a marble surface, inside the glass is a pink coloured drink topped with raspberry powder. Next to the glass there is a bottle of Mathieu Teisseire raspberry syrup.

INGREDIENTS

50ml Vodka or Vanilla Vodka
12.5ml Mathieu Teisseire White Chocolate Syrup
12.5ml Mathieu Teisseire Raspberry Syrup
100ml Half & Half (½ Milk, ½ Cream) *Volume may vary to fit specific glassware used

Garnish

Light dusting of dehydrated raspberry powder on the surface.

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker full with ice, shake to mix.
  2. Strain into the Martini glass.
  3. Garnish and serve.
