White Chocolate, Almond And Raspberry Smoothie 2

INGREDIENTS

20ml Mathieu Teisseire White Chocolate Syrup
15ml Mathieu Teisseire Strawberry Syrup
6 Fresh Strawberries
200ml Almond Milk *Exact volume may vary to fit glass

Garnish

Ground almond rim, strawberry and white chocolate sticks.

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender with a small scoop of ice and blend until a smooth consistency is achieved.
  2. Pour into a tall, slim highball glass, garnish and serve.
  3. To create the rim, dip a pastry brush in white chocolate Syrup and paint a band of syrup around the top of the glass to create an adhesive surface. Rotate the rim in a dish of ground almonds so they adhere to the rim of the glass.
  4. Garnish and serve.
