INGREDIENTS

25ml Mathieu Teisseire Strawberry Syrup
4 Fresh Basil Leaves
4 Lemon Slices
A pinch Ground Pepper
Top up with Still or Sparkling water

Garnish

Basil sprig and half of a strawberry.

Method

  1. Fill highball glass with ice.
  2. Add remaining ingredients in the order listed.
  3. Stir well and garnish.
