25ml Mathieu Teisseire Pure Cane Sugar Syrup
120ml Tonic Water
3 pieces Lemon

Garnish

Crushed Ice

Method

  1. Muddle lemon with syrup in a highball glass.
  2. Fill glass with crushed ice.
  3. Top with tonic water.
