INGREDIENTS

30ml Mathieu Teisseire Hibiscus Syrup
80ml Pineapple Juice
30ml White Rum
10ml fresh Lime Juice
40ml non-dairy Coconut Cream

Garnish

Ice, Lemon wheel

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients into a shaker.
  2. Add ice cubes and shake well until coconut cream is combined and smooth.
  3. Pour into a hurricane glass.
  4.  Garnish with lemon wheel and serve.
