20ml Mathieu Teisseire Green Mint Syrup
10ml Lime Juice
6 Mint Leaves
1 part Soda Water

Garnish

Ice

Method

  1. Add all ingredients, except soda water, into a glass filled with ice cubes.
  2. Stir well.
  3. Top with soda water.
