Blueberry Mint Mojito

A classic with a twist, which is made with mojito syrup, blueberry syrup, light rum, fresh lime, mint leaves and soda water.

INGREDIENTS

15ml Mathieu Teisseire Mojito Syrup
10ml Mathieu Teisseire Blueberry Syrup
35ml Light Rum
¼ piece Lime
6 Mint Leaves
Soda Water To Taste

Garnish

Ice, Whipped Cream

Method

  1. Pour fruit into a highball glass, muddle with syrup.
  2. Fill with ice cubes.
  3. Pour other ingredients into your glass.
  4. Top with soda water and stir.
