Zesty Mathieu Teisseire Yuzu lemon syrup meets the prized aroma of violets. Add in a zesty hit of fresh lemon, and finish it all with fiery ginger beer.

INGREDIENTS

15ml	Mathieu Teisseire Yuzu Syrup
10ml	Mathieu Teisseire Violet Syrup
15ml	Lime juice
15ml	Lemon juice
Top up	Ginger Beer

Garnish

Rhubarb ribbon and fresh raspberries

Method

Fill a glass with ice.
Add all the ingredients.
Stir to mix.
Garnish and serve.
