Watermelon Mule

A refreshing take on a classic, this mule infuses watermelon and cucumber with traditional fiery ginger notes.

INGREDIENTS

4 Cucumber Cubes
20ml Watermelon Syrup
10ml Lemon Juice
100ml Ginger Ale

Garnish

Mint sprig.

Method

  1. Put the cucumber cubes in a cocktail shaker, add the syrup, lemon juice and ice and shake to mix.
  2. Fine strain into a short tumbler glass filled with ice, top with ginger ale, garnish and serve.
