Watermelon Crush

Add a shot of excitement to your menu with Watermelon Crush. This drink combines watermelon syrup, cranberry juice, lime juice and vodka for a sweet and summery taste.

INGREDIENTS

50ml Vodka
25ml Watermelon Syrup
12.5ml Lime Juice
25ml Cranberry Juice

Garnish

Watermelon cubes speared on a pick rested across the glass.

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker full of ice, shake to mix, strain into a chilled coupe glass, garnish and serve.
