Spiaggia Rosa Lemon & Blackcurrant Aperitivo

A famous pink beach in Italy. An indulgent, Italian-inspired cocktail dessert. Rose wine, Noroi Foamer, lemon and blackcurrant syrup, all topped up with grapefruit soda water.

A tall glass is on the edge of a bar. The glass contains a pink drink topped with white foam and a pear fan on a gold pick. Also on the bar we can see various pieces of cocktail making equipment.

INGREDIENTS

100ml Rosé Wine
4 drops Noroi Foamer (Vegan)
20ml Lemon Syrup
20ml Blackcurrant Syrup
Top up with Grapefruit Soda Water

Garnish

Pear fan.

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients (except the soda water) into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously.
  2. Strain in a glass, full of ice cubes.
  3. Top with soda water and garnish.
