Atop a bar there is a coupe glass that has been dusted with a pink powder. The glass contains a white drink. Next to the glass stands a bottle of Mathieu Teisserie coconut syrup. In the background we can see bar stools and tall plants.

INGREDIENTS

50ml Raspberry Vodka
100ml Pineapple Juice
25ml Single Cream
25ml Coconut Syrup

Garnish

A dusting of dehydrated raspberry powder on the outer surface of the glass.

Method

  1. Prepare the glass with the garnishing first. Then place all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker full of ice and shake to mix.
  2. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and serve.
  3. Replace the raspberry vodka with raspberry syrup to make it non-alcoholic.
