Salted Caramel Bourbon Hardshake

Our decadent Salted Caramel Bourbon Hardshake is made with salted caramel syrup, vanilla ice cream and of course bourbon.

A milkshake glass containing a milkshake drink topped with whipped cream and a gold metal straw is placed on a silver coaster. In front of the glass is a long stirring spoon. Next to the glass is a bottle of Mathieu Tiesseire caramel syrup.

INGREDIENTS

50ml Bourbon
25ml Salted Caramel Syrup
2 Scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
Garnish Recipe 4 Egg Whites, 120ml Sugar Syrup, 60ml Fresh Lemon Juice

Garnish

Whipped cream and salted caramel pieces.

Method

  1. Add all the drink ingredients to a blender and blend to a smooth consistency, pour into a milkshake glass, top with whipped cream, garnish and serve.
  2. For the Garnish Recipe: Put through an ISO whipper
