INGREDIENTS

10ml Mathieu Teisseire Rosemary Syrup
10ml Mathieu Teisseire Cane Sugar Syrup
180ml Brewed Coffee
60ml Double Cream

Garnish

Whipped Cream

Method

  1. Build syrups and coffee in a heatproof stemmed glass.
  2. Poor cream into shaker and shake until lightly whipped.
  3. Layer on top of coffee to garnish as a float.
