A terrific addition to any menu, our Rhubarb Limeade. It's made with rhubarb syrup, fresh lime juice, fresh lime and soda water.

INGREDIENTS

30ml Mathieu Teisseire Rhubarb Syrup
10ml fresh Lime Juice
3 slices fresh Lime
Soda Water To Taste

Garnish

Ice, Rhubarb stick

Method

  1. Build in a highball, over ice and add soda water to taste.
  2. Garnish with rhubarb stick.
