Rhubarb Honey Shaken Tea

Pomelo blossom tea provides the base and rhubarb syrup, cinnamon syrup, honey and a dash of lime shake up the taste.

Ingredients

30ml Mathieu Teisseire Rhubarb Syrup; 10ml Mathieu Teisseire Cinnamon Syrup; 10ml Honey; 10ml Fresh Lime Juice; 90ml Pomelo Blossom Tea

Garnish
Ice, Cinnamon Stick

Method

  1. Pour all ingredients into a shaker, including ice and shake.

  2. Pour into tumbler.
  3. Garnish with cinnamon stick.
