Ingredients
- 20ml Mathieu Teisseire Rhubarb Syrup
- 10ml Mathieu Teisseire Strawberry Syrup
- 1 whole Strawberry
- 30ml fresh Pineapple Juice
- 10ml fresh Lime Juice
- Soda Water To Taste
Garnish
Ice, Rosemary Sprig, Lemon Slice

Method
- 1 Shake syrups, lemon and tea with ice.
- 2 Pour into a highball glass.
- 3 Garnish with rosemary sprig and lemon slice.
