Rhubarb Berry Fizz

• 20ml Mathieu Teisseire Strawberry
• 20ml Mathieu Teisseire Rhubarb Syrup
• 30ml Pomegranate juice
• 3 Basil leaves
• 150ml Bitter lemon

Sliced strawberry, fresh mint sprig and fresh flowers

Highball

1. 1 Fill a shaker full of ice and place in all the ingredients, except the bitter lemon
2. 2 Shake well.
3. 3 Strain into a glass filled with ice. Top up with the bitter lemon and stir well.
4. 4 Garnish and serve.
