A truly flaming cocktail. Rum, banana, pineapple, cream, vanilla ice cream and coconut and mango syrup - a rich fruity blend.

A hurricane glass is filled with a white drink. The drink is topped with a flaming sugar cube, and a gold straw is placed in the glass.

INGREDIENTS

50ml White Rum
25ml Coconut Syrup
25ml Mango Syrup
1 Fresh Banana
200ml Pineapple Juice
50ml Single Cream
A small scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream

Garnish

Lime shell placed on the rim of the glass presenting a flat upward surface, brown sugar cube placed on the banana and soaked in OP dark rum and ignited.

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend to a smooth consistency.
  2. Pour into a hurricane glass, garnish and serve.
