A nutty, sweet, textured treat with vanilla vodka, oat milk and Mathieu Teisseire Pistachio and Honey flavours.

Small Highball



Atop a coffee table there is a tall thin highball glass, which contains a white drink and a is garnished with a pistachio stripe on the outside of the glass. In the background there is a bottle of Mathieu Teisseire pistachio syrup.


50ml Vanilla Vodka
12.5ml Mathieu Teisseire Honey Syrup
12.5ml Mathieu Teisseire Pistachio Syrup
150-250ml Oat Milk *scale to glassware size


Pistachio stripe on outside of the glass.


  1. Paint a line, using pistachio syrup, down the side of a highball glass and sprinkle on crushed pistachio pieces.
  2. Place all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker full with ice, shake to mix.
  3. Chill and dilute. strain into the pre-prepared small highball glass (with no ice).
  4. Garnish and serve.
