Pink Grapefruit & Yuzu Spritz

A zesty, effervescent spritz with bittersweet pink grapefruit and fragrant yuzu.

A small glass is placed on a silver tray. The drink is topped with a slice of fresh grapefruit.

INGREDIENTS

25ml Mathieu Teisseire Pink Grapefruit Syrup
25ml Mathieu Teisseire Yuzu Syrup
25ml Lime Juice
125ml Sparkling Water/Soda Water* *Exact volume may vary depending on glassware

Garnish

Fresh grapefruit wheel.

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients to a large wineglass or Copa glass full of ice.
  2. Stir to mix, garnish and serve.
