Born in Orlando, Florida, to fuel spring break culture on the beach. A true menu hero, with an unforgettable twist. Our Sunset on the Beach uses tequila, with lime, pineapple and orange juice and passionfruit and grenadine syrup.

On top of a bar grate is a highball glass. The glass contains an orange drink. On the edge of the glass is an orange slice held in place by a gold peg. A bartender is placing a gold straw into the glass.

INGREDIENTS

50ml Tequila
25ml Lime Juice
12.5ml Passionfruit Syrup
12.5ml Grenadine Syrup
75ml Pineapple Juice
75ml Orange Juice

Garnish

Dehydrated orange slice pegged.

Method

  1. Place the tequila, lime juice, passionfruit syrup, pineapple and orange juices into a shaker full of ice and shake to mix.
  2. Strain into a highball glass full of ice, pour the grenadine down the side of the glass to create the classic sunrise effect, garnish and serve.
  3. To make it non-acholic, increase the pineapple and orange juice to 100ml or replace the tequila with Seedlip Aromatic.
