Inspired by the native home of both the Jalapeño and Paloma. A spicy take on the Mexican favourite. Tequila, lime, pineapple, pink grapefruit and soda - a fiery cocktail.

INGREDIENTS

50ml Blanco Tequila
25ml Lime Juice
25ml Pineapple Syrup
50ml Pink Grapefruit Juice
100ml Soda Water

Garnish

Siracha salt rim, pineapple leaf and two slices of Jalapeño.

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients except, the soda water, into a cocktail shaker full of ice and shake to mix.
  2. Add the soda water to the shaker after shaking and strain the mix into a highball glass full of ice.
