INGREDIENTS

25ml Vodka (remove for non-alcoholic version)
12.5ml Mathieu Teisseire Hazelnut Syrup
12.5ml Mathieu Teisseire Chocolate Praline Syrup
150ml Soya/Chocolate Soya milk

Garnish

Line of chocolate Syrup painted outside of glass sprinkled with crushed hazelnuts, so they adhere to the outer glass in a wide line and a dusting of chocolate powder on top.

Method

  1. Pre-prepare glass/garnish.
  2. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker full of ice, shake to mix.
  3. Strain into the prepared glass, and serve.
