INGREDIENTS

20ml Mathieu Teisseire Green Tea Syrup
10ml Mathieu Teisseire Cucumber Syrup
60ml Apple Juice
3 Cucumber Ribbons
15 Mint Leaves
Soda Water To Taste

Garnish

Ice, Cucumber slices, Mint sprig

Method

  1. Add all ingredients, except the soda water, to a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake vigorously.
  3. Line inside of tumbler glass with cucumber ribbon and fill with ice to hold in place.
  4. Strain into tumbler glass and garnish.
