INGREDIENTS

30ml Mathieu Teisseire Coconut Syrup
100ml Milk
60ml Matcha concentrate
Couple Tapioca boba

Garnish

Milk foam

Method

  1. Add the Mathieu Teisseire Coconut syrup and milk to highball glass and stir to mix.
  2. Add your boba and fill the glass with ice.
  3. Gently pour the Matcha tea concentrate over the surface to form a distinct layer above the milk.
  4. Finish by topping with the milk foam to garnish and serve.
