Pina Colada

Coconut and pineapple puree add a tropical twist to this rum-based classic.

Ingredients

20ml Mathieu Teisseire Coconut Puree; 30ml Mathieu Teisseire Pineapple Puree; 50ml Rum; 60-80ml Water (to taste)

Garnish
Slice of Pineapple

Method

  1. Pour rum, coconut puree, pineapple puree and water into a blender, excluding the ice.

  2. Blend until mixed and smooth.
  3. Add ice and blend again.
  4. Pour into tumbler glass and garnish with pineapple slice.
