INGREDIENTS

30ml Mathieu Teisseire Okinawa Black Sugar Syrup
1 whole Avocado
1 whole Banana
150ml Milk

Garnish

ice, Mint Leaves

Method

  1. Blend syrup, banana, milk and avocado with ice cubes.
  2. Pour into highball glass to serve.
  3. Garnish with mint leaves.
