15ml	Mathieu Teisseire Caramel Syrup
30ml	Light Rum
80ml	Banana Juice

Garnish

Ice

Method

Pour all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice cubes.
Shake vigorously.
Fine strain into a coupe glass.
