Paying homage to the birth place of the first Gimlet on record. Our Blackcurrant and Rosemary Gimlet is made with blackcurrant gin, lime juice and the perfect blend of rosemary and blackcurrant syrup.

A small coupe glass is placed on the egde of a marble table. The glass contains a red drink and it topped with a sprig of rosemary.

INGREDIENTS

50ml Blackcurrant Gin
25ml Lime Juice
12.5ml Rosemary Syrup
12.5ml Blackcurrant Syrup

Garnish

Rosemary sprig pegged.

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker full of ice and shake to mix.
  2. Strain into a chilled coupe, garnish and serve.
  3. To make it non-alcoholic, replace 40ml of non-acholic gin and increase the blackcurrant syrup to 22.5ml.
