A dash of Mathieu Teisseire Banana Puree gives this rum-based treat its unique taste, while a squeeze of fresh lime juice adds some zest.

INGREDIENTS

15ml Mathieu Teisseire Banana Puree
40ml Rum
20ml Fresh Lime Juice

Garnish

Lime Twist

Method

  1. Pour rum, lime juice and banana puree into a shaker.
  2. Shake once without ice.
  3. Add ice to shaker and shake once more.
  4. Strain into martini glass and garnish.
