INGREDIENTS

25ml Mathieu Teisseire Almond Syrup
35ml Rum
70ml Pineapple Juice
20ml Fresh Cream

Garnish

Ice

Method

  1. Pour all ingredients into a blender cup.
  2. Fill with ice cubes.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour into a highball glass.
