20ml Mathieu Teisseire Rhubarb Syrup
10ml Mathieu Teisseire Strawberry Syrup
1 whole Strawberry
30ml fresh Pineapple Juice
10ml fresh Lime Juice
Soda Water To Taste

Garnish

Ice, Rosemary Sprig, Lemon Slice

Method

  1. Shake syrups, lemon and tea with ice.
  2. Pour into a highball glass.
  3. Garnish with rosemary sprig and lemon slice.
