Ready for a twist? Serve up our Irish Mist. It's made with Irish cream syrup, espresso, whiskey liqueur, whole milk and whipped cream.

INGREDIENTS

25ml Mathieu Teisseire Irish Cream,
Syrup To Taste
1 Double Espresso
30ml Whisky Liqueur
150ml Whole Milk

Garnish

whipped cream

Method

  1. Mix syrups, espresso and liqueur together in a latte glass and put to one side.
  2. Steam milk until frothy .
  3. Add milk to coffee mixture and top with whipped cream.
