INGREDIENTS

15ml Mathieu Teisseire Pineapple Puree
40ml Rum
20ml Fresh Lime Juice
100ml Ginger Beer

Garnish

Lime Peel and Ginger Flakes

Method

  1. Pour rum, lime juice, pineapple puree into a highball and stir with mixing spoon.
  2. Fill glass with ice cubes.
  3. Add ginger beer, stir again and garnish.
