INGREDIENTS

25ml Mathieu Teisseire Hibiscus Syrup
12.5ml Lemon Juice
50ml Soda water
125ml No-Seco

Garnish

Hibiscus flower in syrup.

Method

  1. Add the syrup, lemon and soda to a premium wine glass or copa glass and stir to mix.
  2. Fill the wineglass with ice and top with non-alcoholic prosecco.
  3. Stir gently to mix again and serve.
