Sea Salt Caramel & Berry Macaroon Frappe
Ingredients
- 20ml Mathieu Teisseire Sea Salt Caramel Syrup
- 15ml Mathieu Teisseire Strawberry Puree
- 120ml Milk
- 1 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream
Garnish
Ice, Whipped Cream, Strawberry Puree, Sea Salt, Macaroons

Method
- 1 Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously.
- 2 Pour into handled jar over ice cubes
- 3 Garnish with whipped cream, drizzle strawberry puree as well as sea salt with two macaroons on top.
